BioXion was created from hands-on experience with the practical friction of biopharma development: fragmented program information, outsourced work spread across partners, and critical risks that become visible too late. The company is being built around one focused proposition: connect development intelligence without asking customers to replace the validated systems they already rely on.

BioXion’s founding team combines biopharma development experience, scientific research, product strategy and international commercial expertise.

Biopharma leader with 15+ years of international industry experience across external quality, analytical systems, development operations and cross-functional program execution. Sinisa founded HTS and leads BioXion product strategy and long-term corporate direction. His ongoing PhD research in Medical Sciences - Pharmacy focuses on formulation of biologics and vaccines, including predictive stability, molecular dynamics, protein interactions, lyophilisation and advanced delivery-system considerations.

Biotech and pharma commercial leader with a medical and scientific research background. Alexandros’ doctoral work spans medicine, pathology and nuclear medicine, including research on vitamin D in systemic disease and HPV in malignant melanoma. He leads go-to-market strategy, strategic partnerships, customer development and international business growth, connecting BioXion’s product proposition with industry needs and long-term market expansion.
